Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email or SMS. You can track your package in real-time via our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the provided address.
If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
Delays & Liability
Bugle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged upon arrival:
Do not accept delivery from the courier if the seal is broken or tampered with.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and product, and we’ll initiate a resolution (replacement or refund).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Bugle will not be liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
