Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resalable condition with all original tags, seals, and accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Note: Due to the nature of perfumes, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or opened perfume bottles

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products bought during clearance or final sale events

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or neglect

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order details

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@bugleperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original and place a new order.
